The ornamental design for an switchboard for telecommunications switching system, as shown and described.

FIG. 1 is a perspective view of the switchboard for telecommunications switching system showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a front elevation of the FIG. 1; and

FIG. 3 is a side elevation of the FIG. 1;

The surfaces which would appear from a rear view are merely smooth, uninterrupted extensions from the edges for the rear surfaces appearing from FIGS. 1 and 3.
