The ornamental design for a tablet arm chair, as shown and described.

FIG. 1 is a side elevational view of a tablet arm chair showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a front elevational view; and

FIG. 3 is a top plan view thereof.

The side of the chair not shown is a mirror image of the side shown in FIG. 1 while the rear of the backrest is plain and unornamented.
