FIG. 2 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a side elevational view thereof, the opposite side being a mirror image;

FIG. 4 is an end, elevational view as seen from the left of FIGS. 2 and 3;

FIG. 5 is an opposite, end, elevational view as seen from the right of FIGS. 2 and 3; and

FIG. 6 is a bottom view thereof.

The side opposite that shown in FIG. 3 is substantially the same as that of FIG. 3 and is therefore not shown separately.
