Car top luggage container

The ornamental design for a car top luggage container, as shown and described.

FIG. 1 is an end elevational view of a car top luggage container showing my new design, the opposite end being a mirror image thereof;

FIG. 2 is a side elevational view of FIG. 1 the opposite side being a mirror image thereof; and

FIG. 3 is an end elevational view of FIG. 1 with the closure panels in open condition.

The bottom of the luggage container is substantially flat and unornamented.
