The ornamental design for a blank for a foldable carton, substantially as shown and described.

The FIGURE is a top plan view of a blank for a foldable carton showing my new design, the opposite side being a mirror image thereof.

The dash lines in the drawing of the carton blank represent fold lines; the carton blank being of conventional thickness.
