FIG. 4 is a sectional view thereof taken along the line 4--4 of FIG. 1;

FIG. 5 is a perspective view thereof; and

FIG. 6 is a perspective view of a second embodiment thereof.

The second embodiment is identical to the embodiment of FIGS. 1-5 except for the raised central portion of the upper surface which is fully disclosed in FIG. 6.
