FIG. 2 is a side elevational view thereof with the spring being shown broken-away to show indeterminate length;

FIG. 3 is a front elevational view of the hook of the plate hanger with remainder of the hanger being omitted for ease of illustration; and;

FIG. 4 is a top plan view of FIG. 3.
