The ornamental design for a door handle and lockset, substantially as shown and described.

FIG. 1 is a front view of the door handle and lockset showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a left side view thereof with the opposite side being a mirror image; and

FIG. 3 is a top view thereof.

The broken lines shown in FIG. 2 indicate the door surface upon which the door handle and lockset are mounted and forms no part of the claimed design.
