The ornamental design for an article carrier blank, as shown and described.

The sole FIGURE is a plan view of an article carrier blank showing my new design, with _the side not shown being a mirror image of the side shown. _The dash lines of the FIGURE represent cut lines, while the _dot-dash lines represent fold lines, the thickness of the blank _being that of standard paperboard material.
