Adjustable hand grip exerciser

The ornamental design for an adjustable hand grip exerciser, substantially as shown and described.

FIG. 1 is a side elevational view of an adjustable hand grip showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a left end elevational view thereof; and,

FIG. 4 is a right end elevational view thereof.

The spring members have been indicated in fragment in FIGS. 1 and 2 for ease of illustration.
