The ornamental design for a game layout mat, substantially as shown and described.

The FIGURE is a top plan view of a gaming layout mat showing my new design, the opposite side being plain and the design is of no appreciable thickness.

The ends of the mat, which merely continue the curved edge, are shown fragmentarily for convenience of illustration.
