FIG. 1 is a perspective view including the front, top, and one side of a weather indicating instrument showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a front elevational view thereof on an enlarged scale;

FIG. 3 is an elevational view thereof on an enlarged scale showing the side opposite that shown in FIG. 1;

FIG. 4 is a top plan view thereof on an enlarged scale; and

FIG. 5 is a bottom plan view thereof on an enlarged scale.

The rear of the weather indicating instrument is substantially plain and unornamented.
