The ornamental design for a combined lcd-clock and holder for a ball point pen, substantially as shown and described.

FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a combined LCD-clock and holder for a ball point pen showing my new design.

FIG. 2 is a left side elevational view thereof seen in the direction of arrow II in FIG. 1, the other side being substantially a mirror image thereof.

FIG. 3 is a top plan view thereof seen in the direction of arrow III in FIG. 1.

FIG. 4 is a rear elevational view thereof seen in the direction of arrow IV in FIG. 1.

FIG. 5 is a front elevational view thereof seen in the direction of arrow V in FIG. 1; and

FIG. 6 is a bottom plan view thereof seen in the direction of arrow VI in FIG. 1.
