The ornamental design for a compass heading display, as shown and described.

FIG. 1 is a front elevational view of a compass heading display showing our new design;

FIG. 2 is a right side elevational view thereof, the left side being a mirror image thereto.

The top, bottom, and rear of the display are substantially flat, plain and unornamented.
