FIG. 4 is a fragmentary bottom plan view taken along the line 4--4 of FIG. 1; and

FIG. 5 is a fragmentary front elevational view thereof taken along the line 5--5 of FIG. 1.

A portion of FIGS. 1, 2 and 5 is diagonally lined and cross-hatched to indicate transparent material.
