The ornamental design for a front panel face for a windowed exhibit case, as shown and described.

The sole FIGURE is a front elevational view of a front panel face for a windowed exhibit case showing my new design. The frame assembly and panel face are of conventional thickness and the rear surface is plain and unornamented except for the transparent windows.
