FIG. 4 is a fragmentary perspective view of a second embodiment of my new design, the signal being fragmentarily shown for convenience of illustration;

FIG. 5 is a fragmentary perspective view of a third embodiment of my new design, the signal being fragmentarily shown for convenience of illustration.

The standards and wheeled bases of the second and third embodiments are omitted for convenience of illustration, it being understood that they are identical to the standard and base of the first embodiment.
