The brackets are omitted from FIGS. 4 through 8 and the rail is omitted from FIGS. 9 through 13 for purposes of disclosure. The rail is fragmentarily shown to indicate indeterminate length.

The ornamental design for a combined support rail and sliding locking brackets therefor for holding medical equipment, substantially as shown and described.
