FIG. 2 is a view like FIG. 1 with the adjustment controls cover in open position;

FIG. 3 is a front elevational view of the receiver in the condition of FIG. 1;

FIG. 4 is a right side elevational view thereof, the left side being a mirror image of the right;

FIG. 5 is a top plan view thereof; and

FIG. 6 is a rear elevational view thereof.
