FIG. 2 is a bottom plan view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a top plan view thereof, with the pipe cap _ omitted for ease of illustration;

FIG. 4 is a front elevational view thereof, the rear view being substantially a mirror image thereto; and

FIG. 5 is a left side elevational view thereof, the right side being substantially a mirror image thereto.

The central support column has been shown in FIGS. 4 and 5 for clarity of disclosure and ease of illustration.
