The ornamental design for an upholstered seat, as shown and described.

FIG. 1 is a front perspective view of an upholstered seat in the form of a sofa embodying my design; and

FIG. 2 is a perspective view of an upholstered seat in the form of a love seat embodying my design.

The rear view of FIGS. 1 and 2 is plain and unornamented, and the end views that are not shown are identical to the end views shown but a mirror image thereof.
