FIG. 1 is a front perspective view of an abdominal exerciser for attachment to chair or the like in an exploded condition showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a right side elevational view thereof, the side opposite being substantially a mirror image;

FIG. 3 is a rear elevational view thereof; and,

FIG. 4 is a cross-sectional view thereof taken along line 4--4 in FIG. 3.

Portions of the strap members are shown in fragment in FIGS. 3 and 4 for ease of illustration.
