FIG. 1 is a side elevational view of a wheel rim showing my new design, it being understood that the broken lines are for illustrative purposes only;

FIG. 2 is an enlarged fragmentary inside plan view thereof taken along lines 2--2 in FIG. 1;

FIG. 3 is an enlarged cross-sectional view thereof; and

FIG. 4 is an enlarged fragmentary outside plan view thereof.

The characteristic feature of my design resides in the provision of a strip of colored material circumferentially disposed about the rim which is visible through openings disposed radially around the inner base of the rim as best illustrated in FIG. 2 of the drawing.
