The ornamental design for a pipetter tip cartridge, as shown and described.

FIG. 1 is a front elevational view of a pipetter tip cartridge showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a bottom plan view thereof; and

FIG. 4 is a left side elevational view thereof.

The rear elevational and right side elevational views (not shown) of the pipetter tip cartridge are the same as the front elevational and left side elevational views thereof shown in FIGS. 1 and 4.
