The left side and rear of the embodiment shown in FIG. 1 are identical to
those of the embodiment of FIGS. 2 and 3, except that the upstanding drive
enclosure at the left of FIG. 2 is replaced by the flat cover plate shown
at the same location in FIG. 1.
