The ornamental design for a personal security alarm, as shown and described.

FIG. 1 is a front, top perspective view of a personal security alarm showing my new design, the mesh-like surface partially shown is intended to uniformly cover the entire area of the speaker;

FIG. 2 is a side elevational view taken from the right of FIG. 1;

FIG. 3 is a rear elevational view thereof.

The undisclosed bottom is plain and unornamented.
