The ornamental design for a floppy disk storage box, as shown and described.

FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a floppy disk storage box showing my new design in the closed position, the opposite side being plain and unornamented;

FIG. 2 is a perspective view thereof in the half open position; and

FIG. 3 is a perspective view of the box in a fully open position.
