The ornamental design for a blood vessel monitor, substantially as shown and described.

FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a blood vessel monitor showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a front elevational view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a cross-sectional view taken along line 3--3 of FIG. 2; and

FIG. 4 is a cross-sectional view taken along line 4--4 of FIG. 4.

The bottom, unillustrated side, and back of my design are substantially plain and unornamented.
