FIG. 1 is a perspective view of as toy lap desk showing my new design with the top in an opened condition;

FIG. 2 is another perspective view thereof with the top in a closed condition;

FIG. 3 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a rear elevational view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a bottom plan view thereof; and,

FIG. 6 is a side elevational view thereof, the side opposite being a mirror image.
