The ornamental design for a handset and stand telephone set, as shown and described.

FIG. 1 is a perspective view of the handset and stand telephone set showing my new design, with the handset and stand being shown separately and without cord in FIGS. 1, 2 and 3 for convenience of illustration and clarity of representation;

FIG. 2 is a perspective view of the stand taken opposite to FIG. 1;

FIG. 3 is a right side elevational view of the stand thereof; and

FIG. 4 is a perspective view of the telephone set with the handset cradled in the stand.
