FIG. 1 is a top perspective view of a cover for a spa showing my new design with the broken lines being merely for illustrative purposes to generally show the cover as it would appear on a spa, the center piece of the cover is not shown for clarity purposes;

FIG. 3 is a side elevational view thereof with the broken lines being merely for illustrative purposes and the center piece of the cover is not shown for clarity purposes;

FIG. 4 is a bottom plan view thereof with the center piece of the cover in place;

FIG. 5 is a top plan view of a modified cover of this invention for application to a square shaped spa or the like;

FIG. 6 is a side elevational view of the modified cover illustrated in FIG. 5 with the broken lines being merely for illustrative purposes to generally show the cover as it would appear on a spa;
