FIG. 2 is a side elevational view thereof, the opposite side and adjacent front and rear being substantially similar in appearance;

FIG. 3 is a bottom plan view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a bottom plan view of a second embodiment thereof, the only difference residing in the placement of the knob element.
