Removable insulated valve cover

The ornamental design of a removable insulated valve cover, substantially as shown and described.

FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a removable insulated valve cover showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is another perspective view of the cover in partially removed position;

FIG. 3 is a plan view of the interior of the cover in a flattened position; and

FIG. 4 is another plan view of the exterior of the cover in a flattened position.
