FIG. 7 is a cross-sectional view as taken along line 7--7 of FIG. 2 on an enlarged scale; and

FIG. 8 is a cross-sectional view thereof as taken along line 8--8 of FIG. 2 on an enlarged scale.

The horizontal ribs on the front surface are omitted from FIGS. 1 and 2 and the concentric Fresnel pattern on the rear surface is omitted from FIG. 6 for clarity of disclosure.
