FIG. 4 is a bottom plan view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a side elevational view thereof, the opposite side being substantially a mirror image thereof;

FIG. 6 is a front elevational view thereof;

FIG. 7 is a rear elevational view thereof; and

FIG. 8 is a side elevational view thereof with the case cover opened and the pair of holders with instruments in a raised position.
