FIG. 1 is a top, front and left side perspective view of a magnetic clip caddy showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a side elevational view thereof, the opposite side being identical;

FIG. 3 is a front elevational view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a rear elevational view thereof; and

FIG. 6 is a bottom plan view thereof.

The characteristic feature of the design resides in the broad, flat top surface and the multifaceted corners as best illustrated in FIGS. 2, 4 and 5 of the drawing.
