FIG. 3 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a bottom view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a side elevational view thereof; and

FIG. 6 is a front elevational view thereof illustrating the neck portion in extended position and with portions cut away as indicated by line 6--6 of FIG. 3.
