The ornamental design for an emergency vehicle warning sign, is as shown and described.

FIG. 1 is a front elevational view of an emergency warning sign showing my new design with the rear elevational view being flat and unornamented;

FIG. 2 is a top plan view with the bottom plan view being amirror image thereof;

FIG. 3 is a left side elevational view with the right side elevational view being a mirror image thereof;

FIG. 4 is a front elevational view of a second embodiment of FIG. 1, the only difference residing the front panel.
