The ornamental design for a duck decoy netting or the like, as shown and described.

The FIGURE is a top plan view of a duck decoy netting showing my new design; the pattern is repeated as indicated.

It is to be understood that the randomly shown reticulated mesh pattern is continuous over the surface of the netting material and the bird configurations are painted thereon.
