FIG. 1 is a bottom plan view of a file for a cement finishing trowel showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a side elevational view thereof, the opposite side being a mirror image;

FIG. 3 is an end elevational view thereof, the opposite end being a mirror image thereof except for the absence of a handle;

FIG. 4 is a top plan view thereof.

The cement finishing trowel is shown in FIGS. 2 and 3 in broken lines for illustrative purposes only and forms no part of the claimed design.
