The ornamental design for a business card display rack, as shown and described.

FIG. 1 is a front elevational view of a business card display rack showing my new design, the undisclosed rear being plain and unornamented;

FIG. 2 is a left side elevational view thereof, the right side being a mirror image of that shown;

FIG. 3 is a top plan view thereof; and

FIG. 4 is a front and left side perspective view thereof.

The broken line depiction of business cards in the rack are for illustrative purposes only and form no part of the claimed design.
