The ornamental design for a pilaster, as shown and described.

FIG. 1 is a front elevational view of a pilaster, showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is an enlarged fragmentary view, showing the lower portion of the pilaster in greater detail; and

FIG. 3 is a sectional view thereof taken along the line 3--3 in FIG. 2;

The undisclosed rear of the pilaster is conventionally flat and unadorned. The broken lines shown in FIG. 1 are for illustrative purposes only.
