FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a swivel card file showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a left side elevational view;

FIG. 3 is a top plan view;

FIG. 4 is a front elevational view;

FIG. 5 is a rear elevational view; and

FIG. 6 is a bottom plan view thereof.

The design is characterized by the combination on the swivel card file disclosed and is comprised of the file unit in association with the pencil holder and the base member, all as best illustrated in FIGS. 1 and 2.
