FIG. 1 is a top plan view of a restraint vest showing my new design, the flap shown being raised and the broken away strap portions being for convenience of illustration;

FIG. 2 is a bottom plan view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a right side elevational view thereof, showing the edges of the straps the left side being a mirror image thereof.

FIG. 4 is a front perspective view shown in the position of use, the flap being hidden from view thereof; and

FIG. 5 is a rear perspective view of FIG. 4, the broken away strap portions again being for convenience of illustration.
