FIG. 1 is a top plan view of a tool handle illustrating our new design in which the broken lines showing the scraper blades are illustrative of environmental structure only and form no part of the claimed design.

FIG. 2 is a side elevational view with the side opposite being similar.

FIG. 3 is a bottom plan view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a left end elevational thereof;

FIG. 5 is a right end elevational view thereof; and,

FIG. 6 is a cross section thereof taken along the line 6--6 of FIG. 1.
