FIG. 2 is a front elevational view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a side elevational view thereof, the opposite side being a mirror image;

FIG. 5 is a rear elevational view thereof; and

FIG. 6 is a bottom plan view thereof.

FIGS. 1 and 2 show an actuator within the cap, the actuator being hidden by a breakaway tab in FIGS. 3 and 5.
