FIG. 6 is a cross-sectional view of a modified embodiment of the top member of the design as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 taken along line 5--5 of FIG. 4.
The unshown sides of the claimed design opposite FIGS. 1 and 4 are substantially identical. Portions of the tether member have been shown in fragment in FIGS. 1, and 4 to indicate indeterminate length.
