FIG. 2 is a top perspective view thereof;

FIG. 3 is an enlarged front end elevational view, the cord portion being omitted for ease of illustration;

FIG. 4 is an enlarged rear end elevational view shown with the cord portion in place; and

FIG. 5 is a bottom plan view thereof.
