FIG. 1 is a top perspective view of a framing mat for photo or the like showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a side elevational view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a fragmentary perspective sectional view thereof taken along line 3--3 of FIG. 1; and

FIG. 4 is a fragmentary perspective sectional view of an alternate embodiment of FIG. 1 without the decorative border around the apertures.

The undisclosed rear view is plane and unornamented.
