Patient transfer sling

The ornamental design for a patient transfer sling, substantially as shown and described.

FIG. 1 is a front elevational view of a patient transfer sling showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a rear elevational view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a side elevational view thereof, the opposite side view being a mirror image of that shown; and,

FIG. 4 is a front elevational view thereof, the rear elevational view being a mirror image of that shown.
